If you intend to use this component with Finsweet's Table of Contents attributes follow these steps:
  1. Remove the current class from the content27_link item as Webflows native current state will automatically be applied.
  2. To add interactions which automatically expand and collapse sections in the table of contents select the content27_h-trigger element, add an element trigger and select Mouse click (tap)
  3. For the 1st click select the custom animation Content 28 table of contents [Expand] and for the 2nd click select the custom animation Content 28 table of contents [Collapse].
  4. In the Trigger Settings, deselect all checkboxes other than Desktop and above. This disables the interaction on tablet and below to prevent bugs when scrolling.

1. Scope and objective

This Policy establishes how SmartPeak collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data of customers, service providers, suppliers and website visitors, in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

It was drawn up based on good practices in the sector of technological solutions for payment terminals, prioritizing compliance with the LGPD with a focus on information security, transparency in the use of data and responsibility in processing.

2. Who we are

SmartPeak acts as the controller of the personal data processed in its operations, and is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.

We use operators (partners and suppliers) who process data on our behalf, always under contract and with clear obligations of confidentiality and protection.

3. Data collected

We can collect:

  • Basic personal data: name, telephone number, e-mail address, CPF/CNPJ, address, billing information.
  • Technical data: IP, device type, operating system, browser, access logs, usage logs.
  • ‍Sensitive data (if applicable): only with explicit consent and for specific purposes.

4. Purpose of processing

We use personal data to:

  • Providing and managing technological solutions, including terminals, software and support services.
  • Allow third parties (customers and partners) to carry out their own commercial and payment operations.
  • Providing customer service and technical support.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring the security of systems, devices and users.
  • Send institutional or commercial communications, when authorized.

5. Legal basis

The treatment is based on:

  • Consent of the owner.
  • Execution of contract or preliminary procedures.
  • Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.
  • Legitimate interest of the controller, when the holder's fundamental rights and freedoms do not prevail.

6. Data Sharing

Sharing can take place with:

  • Suppliers of hosting, security, maintenance, logistics and support services.
  • Authorized commercial partners.
  • Public or judicial authorities, when necessary.

All third parties involved are subject to contracts with specific data protection clauses.

7. Security and retention

We adopt technical and organizational security measures that are compatible with the sensitivity of the data.

Data is stored in secure environments, with restricted access, encryption and regular backups, only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or legal requirements.

8. Rights of the Holder

The holder can request it:

  • Confirmation and access to data.
  • Correction or update.
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion.
  • Portability.
  • Revocation of consent.
  • Information on sharing.
