All models are ANATEL and ABECS certified. In addition, they have undergone battery and telecommunications qualification tests carried out by an independent laboratory with 100% approval. This stage confirms performance and compliance with the highest standards required by the Brazilian market.

5. How does SmartPeak support work in Brazil?

Locally, we offer level 1 and level 2 technical support, with a Brazilian team available to resolve any issues quickly. Support is organized on a staggered basis, relying on global R&D to resolve critical demands.

6. How does SmartPeak perform key injection?

In the Brazilian market, SmartPeak uses its RKI(Remote Key Injection) platform to carry out key injection. Customer keys are collected and stored on HSM servers in full compliance with PCI standards. Keys can thus be injected both during the terminal's initialization phase and throughout its lifecycle. This approach expands the possibilities for solutions as it even allows keys to be updated remotely in the field.

7. How are terminals managed in the field?

Mobile Device Management makes it possible to register, monitor, update and manage terminals remotely, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.

8. Where are the products manufactured?

Production in China and Brazil, taking advantage of tax incentives and reducing logistical costs, which increases competitiveness in the domestic market.
